Scott McFetters
President

Scott McFetters is founder and President of CoreTech Leasing, an independent technology and equipment lessor. Founded on over two decades of leasing expertise, the CoreTech Executive Team delivers over a century of multi-industry expertise in technology and equipment leasing and lease administration services to law firms, including over 100 of the nation’s most distinguished law firms as well as corporations, medical and educational institutions, manufacturing enterprises, professional services organizations and the semiconductor industry.
Candace Reinhart
COO/CXO

Candace J. Reinhart is the COO/CXO at CoreTech Leasing. Candace is highly regarded as a thought leader and has dedicated her entire, 25+ year professional career to best practices in the finance industry, has led the entire workflow spectrum of the top-rated independents in the industry, and brings those unmatched experiences and insights to her leadership position at CoreTech Leasing. In 2016, Candace’s breadth of knowledge received a seal of approval when she earned the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation—the preeminent credential for equipment leasing and financing professionals throughout the world.
Brian Wood
VP of Impact and Growth

Brian Wood is CoreTech Leasing‘s Vice President of Impact and Growth. Brian has spent much of his 10+ year sales career in the equipment leasing and financing industry. Brian has held roles as both a top performing individual contributor as well as a senior sales leader with 3 of the Nation’s Top 25 independent leasing companies. Most recently Brian was the West Coast Vice President of Sales for Celtic Commercial Finance, a Division of Fifth Third Bank NA. Brian and his wife live in California with their son.
Carol Baker
VP Finance, Controller

Carol has been in finance and accounting for many years. As an experienced CPA, she has worked in several industries including legal and marketing, but found a real passion for leasing and equipment finance several years ago. When not helping clients, dreaming up complex Excel spreadsheets, or creating financial efficiencies, she can be found spending time with her wife and ridiculously energetic dog hiking on their Indiana homestead.

Dee Nariz
SVP Client Experience

Dee Nariz is the SVP of Client Experience at CoreTech, with over 30 years in finance, lending, and customer relations. She previously spent 10 years as a Documentation Specialist at First National Capital and 15 years in Sales, Funding, and Management at Household Finance and Countrywide Mortgage. Dee began her career in retail sales and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). She holds a B.A. from Cal State Fullerton and is committed to enhancing client experiences and operational efficiency.
