About the Role

What is a Client Experience Advocate? The members of this team are responsible for
coordinating a smooth lease process from beginning to end and beyond. They work closely
with clients, vendors, bank partners and internal departments including, impact, capital
markets, treasury and our portfolio management teams throughout the life of the lease while
closely nurturing the relationship with all parties. They seek to improve the process and create
a top-notch experience for all who interact with CoreTech at any level.

Day in the Life

  • Create all lease documentation with high attention to detail and mindfulness of error rate

  • Issuing letters of Intent (Purchase Orders) to Vendors for customer orders

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure invoices are received and processed for payment timely

  • File UCCs (Uniform Commercial Code), and perform general due diligence at secretary of state level

  • Assist customers in questions regarding lease documentation and lease life process

  • Prepare Lease packages for funding and booking processes

  • Work with bank partners to ensure funding is completed efficiently

  • Maintain a high level of customer service with internal and external customers

  • Ensure all turnaround times, deadlines, and standards are met

  • Follow established processes, policies, and lending compliance standards

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • ​Strong communicator & detail oriented

  • Ability to focus and prioritize, adapt quickly to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with positive attitude with good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Works effectively, both as a team member and independently

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications include Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Proficiency with web-based customer relationship tools
