About the Role

Role Title: Marketing Systems & Growth Architect
You will architect, build, and run a scalable marketing engine that combines strong systems, clear messaging, and disciplined experimentation to drive qualified demand and measurable revenue across new and existing accounts.

How You’ll Drive Impact

You will:

• Design and build a marketing engine that reliably delivers qualified leads to sales

• Run growth and lifecycle campaigns tied directly to revenue outcomes

• Integrate and optimize the marketing tech stack across CRM, automation, information, and AI tools

• Create actionable marketing intelligence including avatars, dashboards, attribution models, and feedback loops

• Test, measure, and refine campaigns to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles

• Document systems and develop clear playbooks that support predictable scaling
