Role Description

Administrative functions of the Salesforce Platform (hub) and all associated software or system implementations associated with Salesforce (spokes), including but not limited to:

(a) All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
(b) Salesforce configuration changes (and the documentation of such changes) including, but not
limited to, workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
(c) Sandbox environment management
(d) Identify, gather, and document requirements, translate such requirements into best practice,
scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and dynamic business analytics
(e) Identify and report on unused or underutilized platform features and recommend (and participate
in) corrections to training, documentation and system adjustments to correct issues or challenges
with such platform features
(f) Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
(g) Data management to improve platform (hub and spoke) data quality, implementation of rules,
automation, and data reporting for all areas of the Company including but not limited to Impact
(sales), Experience (operations), and Marketing, as needed
(h) Promptly respond to and resolve user support requests including the monitoring and use of
platform (hub and spokes) for improved user adoption
(i) New user and ongoing user training
(j) Technical documentation

Administrative functions of the CoreCARE Platform (hub) and all associated software or system implementations associated with CoreCARE (spokes), including but not limited to:

(a) All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
(b) Both internal and external user technical support
(c) Work with developers, vendors, and platform users (both internal and external) to understand, map, document and improve the platform for the user experience and business performance

Work with leadership team and technical sources to improve tech stack effectiveness and user adoption, including but not limited to:

  •  Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

  • Work with Company Leadership, various platform users (internal and external), and vendors to understand, map, document and improve workflows through the entire lease lifecycle

  • Improve training and operational procedures within the Company to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Work directly with users (internal and external) to understand the individual needs of the Company

  • Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support recommendations

  • Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion

  • Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights

  • Participation in Company customer service, technology and support matters and interface with any Company clients and Company employees

  • Attendance at meetings with Company managers and personnel, existing and prospective clients, governmental representatives, and other parties on Company Business issues

  • Participation in Company marketing and advertising matters

  • Participation in development of the Company Business, including without limitation development of Company products and services

  • Such other duties reasonably related to the foregoing Duties as requested by Company from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferred
• Individuals with no prior sales experience will be considered if substituted with a
passion to learn
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients is a must
• Financially driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech savvy a plus
• Familiarity Salesforce CRM, a plus
